At Albadar, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy on eligible products, including Cosmetics, Men Watches, Women Watches, Couple Watches, and Kitchen Accessories (with some exceptions listed below).
How to Return a Product
To request a return, please follow the steps below:

Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:

Refund Method
Since Albadar operates only on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are processed through the method you prefer:

Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refund processing may take a few working days after the returned product has been received and verified by our team.
